Hello. With all respect and sincerity I am curious to learn how many, if any, of my American or foreign born neighbors believe the late popular American urban story-TRUTH-teller and ‘Childhood Trauma’ (#ACEs) victim Tupac Shakur’s #T_H_U_G_L_I_F_E Child Abuse and Emotional Maltreatment AWARENESS-PREVENTION concept offers a reasonable explanation for why significant numbers of American children are being impeded, hampered or prevented from maturing into reasonably responsible, well-adjusted American teen and adult citizens who become doctors, scientists, engineers, business owners, educators and leaders?

“The Hate U Give Little Infants Fvvks EVERYONE” ~Tupac Shakur

“We need more people who care; you know what I’m saying? We need more women, mothers, fathers, we need more of that…” ~Tupac Shakur

Does Tupac offer a reasonably intelligent explanation for why Americans of African descent are being impeded from experiencing the equality and respect all peaceful, reasonably responsible Americans are entitled to enjoy?

Tupac, an admitted emotionally ill adult who loudly spoke about experiencing childhood abuse and maltreatment during a critical period of human/childhood development, intelligently recognized not only are American kids being UNJUSTLY OPPRESSED, IMPEDED and DEPRIVED from experiencing their full human potential, as well as a SAFE, fairly or wonderfully happy American kid childhood…

…Tupac realized OUR NATION is being deprived of enjoying the potential achievements offered to ALL Americans by fairly or wonderfully happy kids maturing into reasonably responsible teens and adults caring about the future of OUR Nation, and the welfare of their peaceful, as well as less fortunate neighbors.

I believe Tupac correctly recognized Americans need to change the name of our “War On Poverty”, to “America’s Firm Resolve to End Childhood Abuse, Emotional Neglect and Maltreatment.”

Unlike Mr. Barack “My Brother’s Keeper” Obama and his presidential predecessors, I am hopeful Renegade Republican Donald Trump will recognize improving the Quality of Life for our black or American neighbors of African descent begins with addressing HEALTH issues related to proper childhood care and environments.

I believe Mr. Trump should take meaningful ACTION to protect from harm our Nation’s most precious and cherished assets by placing an emphasis on EDUCATION about proper child care, as well as stepping up enforcement of Child Safety & Protection laws which will eventually lead to fewer depressed, unhappy, emotionally neglected/abandoned American kids…

…maturing into angry, frustrated teens and young adults full or half full of rage and resentment for IRRESPONSIBLY and THROUGH NO FAULT OF THEIR OWN, being introduced to an emotionally and/or physically abusive childhood fraught with pain, struggles, torment, uncertainty, frustration, FEAR, demeaning government handouts, resentment, depression, sorrow, sadness, disappointment and hardships. :Childhood Trauma!:

Unfortunately, before he developed the confidence to properly promote his #T_H_U_G_L_I_F_E Child Abuse AWARENESS concept, Tupac was brutally murdered by OTHER emotionally or mentally ill victims of America’s Culture of African American Child Abuse, Neglect and Emotional Maltreatment evolving from America’s multi-generational, ignorant, once legal Culture of Racism.

Not only I am asking Mr. Trump to take meaningful ACTION protecting and preventing American kids from experiencing a potentially life-scarring, traumatic childhood…

…I am asking my American neighbors to RECOGNIZE and embrace the fact our imperfect human species will continue evolving, learning day by day about our human condition and physical world, slowly shedding our human ignorance and adapting as we continue plodding along trying to improve the Quality of Life for all human beings!

My friends, during the 80s-90s I spent the first twelve years of my police career as a uniform cop, robbery and death investigator serving young ‘Childhood Trauma’ (#ACEs) victims Shawn Carter and Christopher Wallace’s Brooklyn, NY neighborhoods, where regularly I witnessed significant numbers of newborns, infants, toddlers, children and teens, THROUGH NO FAULT OF THEIR OWN, experiencing a potentially life-scarring medical Disease/Condition known to medical doctors and researchers as “Childhood Trauma.”

“Childhood Trauma” (ACEs) is a REAL Disease/Condition affecting far too many American kids and teens who far too often develop into emotionally damaged teens and adults lacking empathy, compassion and respect for their peaceful neighbors because they believe their lives suck so why shouldn’t other people’s lives suck too!!!

Much like Tupac I’m sorry to pick on moms, though since ancient times they are the primary caregivers we look to keep us SAFE, protected, cared for and loved right from our start.

I write about and share evidence of America’s MUCH IGNORED, oppressive, potentially life scarring black or African American MATERNAL CHILD CARE #T_H_U_G_L_I_F_E PUBLIC HEALTH CRISIS that I, as well as a growing number of my reasonably responsible, caring, concerned American and foreign born neighbors believe is impeding our black or American neighbors of African descent from experiencing the equality and respect all peaceful, reasonably responsible Americans are entitled to enjoy.

Now that American medical professionals and ‘Childhood Trauma’ (#ACEs) victim-survivor Oprah Winfrey LOUDLY addressed our Nation’s CHILD CARE PUBLIC HEALTH CRISIS, will YOU, a responsible, caring American citizen join Oprah & pediatrician Dr. Nadine Burke Harris, MD, FAAP, MPH, CEO of the ‘Center For Youth Wellness’, in passionately calling for a National MOVEMENT educating American & foreign born primary child caregivers about a potentially life scarring medical disease/condition:

Shawn ‘Jay-Z’ Carter A Victim of Child Abuse, Plans To Headline Ohio Concert In Support Of Hillary Clinton!

Jay Z plans to help Hillary Clinton with rally voters in Ohio for a Get Out The Vote show next month. Set for Nov. 4, just four days before the 2016 election, Jay will be joined by special guests to help mobilize Ohioans to vote for Clinton, according to a release. A huge turnout in the African American community for Clinton in the swing state would be a crucial victory in the race against Republican Party rep Donald Trump. Jay Z hosted similar events in 2008 and 2012 for President Barack Obama. Posted By Persist

Mrs. Hillary Clinton once characterized as Super Predators, children, teens and adults much like Shawn Jay Z Carter, born 1969, who during a critical period of their childhood/human development regularly experienced America’s current National HEALTH CRISIS, aka America’s Culture of African American Child Abuse, Emotional Neglect and Maltreatment that evolved from America’s long-standing, ignorant Culture of Racism.

What I’d like to know is when will Jay Z, a regular White House guest who creates and promotes American art characterizing American teen girls and women, aka the maternal half of our population, as less than human *itches and *hores or ‘hoes’ unworthy of human respect...

…put on a concert alerting young Americans to America’s Culture of Child Abuse, Emotional Neglect/Abandonment and Maltreatment that deprived him, as well as significant numbers of popular recording artists and urban storytellers, as well as untold numbers of American kids of African descent from experiencing a SAFE, fairly or wonderfully happy American kid childhood?

How many of my American neighbors are familiar with the late popular urban storyteller Tupac Shakur’s #T_H_U_G_L_I_F_E Child Abuse and Emotional Neglect AWARENESS concept:

Are you familiar with America’s current National Health Crisis?

Doctors Ross and Dietz offer insights into how our Early Childhood Development plays a key role in determining the type of individual we mature into.

Robert K. Ross, MD, President and CEO of The California Endowment, addressed inmates at Ironwood State Prison offering a compelling overview of the role that exposure to Childhood Trauma plays in the lives of Emotionally Troubled and chronically ill American teens and adults.

At 2:12:25 in this documentary about Mafia hit-man and victim of Early Childhood Trauma/Abuse, Richard “The Iceman” Kuklinski, Dr. Park Dietz explains why young Richard most likely developed into a emotionally disturbed, paranoid, cruel, heartless teen and man who did not give a frig about anyone else, including his wife and kids.

red-dot

In regard to American social issues, NYTimes contributor Charles Blow writes, “The death of Sandra Bland in Texas and the ongoing Black Lives Matter movement to curb police violence,…”

During one of her 2015 video presentations, Ms. Bland indirectly speaks about Child Abuse and Neglect that in my experience often causes abused young children to develop into depressed, sometimes suicidal teens and adults (NY Times May 18, 2015 – Rise in Suicide by Black Children Surprises Researchers) lacking empathy, compassion and respect for themselves as well as their peaceful neighbors.

Much like Ms. Bland, many Americans characterize these abused, severely damaged kids who mature into emotionally damaged teens and adults, as “Gang-bangers or Thugs.”

I prefer to offer a more honest view of Gang-bangers and Thugs, characterizing them as victims of Childhood Abuse and Neglect inflicted on them by immature teen girls and women who irresponsibly begin building families before acquiring the skills, PATIENCE and means to provide their child or children with a safe, fairly happy American kid childhood.

https://knutesniche.wordpress.com/2015/07/17/sandra-bland-indirectly-speaks-about-child-abuse-and-neglect-harming-her-quality-of-life-and-community/

As for the The Black Lives Matter movement and its supporters, no doubt they have legit and credible concerns. Policing and our CJS should constantly be examined and amended or updated as our society evolves or when there are inequities found.

However, my beef with the BLM is they ignore one of the primary reason for why I believe some police fail to act in a manner consistent with their training and our laws.

https://knutesniche.wordpress.com/2015/11/28/is-police-misconduct-and-child-abuse-neglect-intertwined/

I am going to be very frank.

There is a significant population of immature teen girls and women raising and nurturing depressed, sometimes suicidal children who mature into Gang-bangers and Thugs, full of anger and resentment for being irresponsibly introduced to a life of hardships and struggle by their immature parents.

During the twelve years I provided police services to the Brooklyn, NY community Shawn Jay Z Carter raps about attempting to destroy with his 24/7 drug trade and semi-automatic Mack Milli, these angry, depressed sometimes suicidal Gang-bangers and Thugs caused me to fear for my safety whenever I was working in this community or traveling to and from work in this Brooklyn community.

Witnessing on a daily basis the emotional and physical harm inflicted on peaceful people by Gang-bangers and Thugs slowly ate away at my empathy and compassion, changing me into a jaded person experiencing fear and anxiety while working to help and protect my peaceful African American neighbors living or working in this community.

When I was assigned to this Brooklyn community the NYPD required me to serve the community for two years before it would consider honoring a transfer to another community.

I lasted nearly twelve years before concerns for my personal safety and emotional well being caused me to request a transfer to a more stable community.

Essentially Gang-bangers and Thugs, aka victims of Childhood Abuse and Neglect caused me to abandon a community I considered my second home because I spent so much time there.

The truth is cops are humans with different tolerances for emotional pain. My tolerances allowed me to serve this community for nearly twelve years before I realized that for my own emotional and physical well being I needed to leave.

However, individual cops have different tolerances for witnessing and dealing with the pain of others. Some can go thirty years without being affected by witnessing human sadness on a daily basis, while from the very beginning of their careers, some officer’s minds are not equipped to deal with the mayhem, chaos and human sadness they witness on a daily basis.

More honesty. When I became a cop I was ignorant to the fact that less than thirty miles from my home residence, there was a significant population of depressed teens and adults who did not give a flying hoot about human life, including their own.

I had no idea that on a near-daily basis I would be dealing with and pursuing depressed, sometimes suicidal young teens and adults armed cheap or high power firearms they used to protect drug operations or to forcibly remove property from their peaceful neighbors in order to purchase dangerous drugs offered by neglected and unsupervised teens like Shawn Jay Z Carter.

Frankly, I am seriously disappointed that virtually no one with a national voice, such as Mr. and Mrs. Obama or the members of the Black Lives Matter movement, are addressing the issue of Child Abuse and Neglect in African American communities.

Childhood Abuse and Neglect is seriously important issue that I believe is at the root for much of the police misconduct being reported by American citizens.

Honestly, it peeves me off that a significant number of people like Grammy winner Kendrick Lamar, Tupac Shakur, Dwayne Lil Wayne Carter, Michael Singleton and untold number of developing children much like them are being raised and nurtured to embrace the Street Life culture, and when they begin emotionally or physically harming their peaceful neighbors, resulting with the police being called to intervene or investigate allegations of criminal and/or anti-social behaviors, the police are often criticized or lambasted for manner in which they deal with angry, frustrated, unpredictable sometimes suicidal teens and adults full of rage and resentment for being introduced to a life of pain and struggle by immature “living wild” (Grammy winner Kendrick Lamar’s characterization of his parent’s community harming lifestyle) caregivers.

I will never make excuses for police acting outside the scope of their employment. Though I will offer my opinions for why some police officers become jaded, fearful and anxious, resulting with some officers crossing the line, failing to maintain their professionalism and civility.

The question all concerned, compassionate Americans should seriously be asking ourselves, our elected, civil, social, community and religious leaders is, “What real substantial changes in our society’s attitude and laws need to occur to prevent abuse that often causes young kids to mature into depressed, frustrated, angry, unpredictable, sometimes suicidal teens and adults as a result of experiencing the emotional and/or physical trauma of an abusive childhood?”

Peace and Happy Holidays!

Read popular American rapper Tupac Amaru Shakur (Lesane Parish Crooks; June 16, 1971 – September 13, 1996) lyrics to learn about his love-hate relationship with his mom, his great disappointment with his dad, and about Tupac’s frequent suicidal thoughts.

Read about how Tupac’s drug addicted mother accepted proceeds of the harmful anti-social acts Tupac raps/writes about committing against his peaceful neighbors. I have to tell you, reading Tupac’s lyrics brings back a lot memories of the horrific emotional child abuse I witnessed during the nearly twelve year I provided police services to Shawn Carter’s community.

Sean Combs believes the American man he helped elect to office as Top Dawg of The USA should be doing more – right now at this moment to compensate our American neighbors of African descent for hooking him up as a national and world leader.

I am curious if Sean believes it would be helpful to our American neighbors of African descent if President Obama took to his presidential podium and compassionately, yet firmly and honestly, addressed America’s expanding and shameful National Epidemic of Childhood Abuse and Neglect, Poverty, that for more than two generations has deprived untold numbers of American kids from experiencing and enjoying a fairly happy American kid childhood with Safe Streets to travel and play on.

Early Childhood Abuse and Neglect that often leads depressed, sometimes suicidal (NY Times May 18, 2015 – Rise in Suicide by Black Children Surprises Researchers) children to develop into depressed, angry, frustrated, unpredictable, sometimes suicidal teens and adults lacking empathy and compassion for others, though needing to vent their pent up negative emotions, often causing emotional and physical harm to peaceful people…instead of venting their anger, resentment and pain on the immature single moms and/or dads who introduced them to a life of pain and struggle by irresponsibly building a family before acquiring the practical skills, PATIENCE and means to successfully raise and nurture a developing young child who matures into a fairly happy responsible teen and adult.

Does Sean believe it would it bolster our president’s message for improving parenting if Grammy winner Kendrick Lamar joined him, from his heart speaking to a national audience about Early Childhood Abuse and Neglect that deprived him, his brothers, sisters and cousins from experiencing and enjoying a Average Joe and Josie American kid childhood with Safe Streets to travel and play on?

Perhaps Tavis Smiley could join President Obama and Kendrick, sharing his thoughts about growing up in a family with nine brothers and sisters who till this day still struggle with poverty, according to Tavis he being the only one of ten children to experience a prosperous American mainstream life?

Maybe Baltimore Mom of The Year Ms. Toya Graham could join these gentlemen, determined to Keep It Real by revealing during the infancy of her adulthood she made some very poor choices that resulted with her six children experiencing a life of struggle and hardship?

I’m curious to know if Mr. Sean Combs believes it would be in the best interests of our struggling neighbors, for other struggling (or formerly struggling) American neighbors to join Ms. Toya Graham by Keeping It Real?

Perhaps other victims of child abuse and neglect like Dwayne Lil Wayne Carter, and fellow NYers Shawn Jay Z Carter & Ms. Azealia “Miss Bank$” Amanda Banks, and many more Rap or Hip Hop performers whose life were touched by abuse, neglect, parental apathy or lack of supervision and guidance, would join in sharing with a national and world wide audience of moms, aspiring moms or other primary caregivers, the emotional pain and anguish they experienced during their formative years? Years that were critical for their emotional development into fairly happy teens and adults.

Last question for Sean. Do children who grew up respecting and loving their moms mature into teens and adults writing or rapping lyrics characterizing the maternal half of our population as less than human *itches or *hores unworthy of respect?

Peace.

From MY personal observations, I can assure all my American neighbors that a majority of peaceful people living in Shawn Jay Z Carter’s Brooklyn, NY neighborhood where not laughing when they became victims of Shawn Jay Z Carter‘s criminal and violent activities…or victims of the depressed people purchasing and using Shawn’s poisonous, quality of life destroying products.

The good people of Brooklyn were not snickering when young Shawn Jay Z Carter, himself a victim of America’s expanding and shameful National Epidemic of Childhood Abuse and Neglect, aka Poverty, were forced to live in fear while Shawn and his crew/gang were destroying their neighborhood and quality of life by selling poison to their depressed neighbors.

The good people of Brooklyn, NY were not laughing when Shawn Jay Z Carter and his crew of teens and young adults were using their semi-automatic Mack_Milli’s to cause fear to peaceful people while protecting their drug operations.

Recounting my personal experiences regarding the murderous, anti-social behaviors Shawn Jay Z Carter raps about.

Victims of Child Abuse:

Shawn “Jay Z” Carter (born December 4, 1969) is another victim of child abuse/neglect who raps/writes about the physical harm and fear he caused to his peaceful neighbors and community.

Reading Shawn “Jay Z” Carter describe the pain he caused to his neighbors and community, brought back painful memories, causing me experience much of the same anxiety and pain I experienced from personally witnessing the physical and emotional pain young Shawn Carter caused to individuals as well as an entire housing complex and surrounding neighborhoods.

In 1987, the same year emotionally depressed 2015 Grammy winner Kendrick Lamar was born, songwriter Suzanne Vega wrote a song about child abuse and VICTIM DENIAL that was nominated for a Grammy.

Suzanne nailed it, parents and caregivers do the most horrific things to their kids, yet many kids will defend their abusers, blaming themselves for their “blues,” bruises and injuries before admitting a parent/caretaker harmed them.

“Yes I think I’m okay I walked into the door again
Well, if you ask that’s what I’ll say

And it’s not your business anyway”

Kanye’s much anticipated performance of “All Day”

I must be getting old or not keeping up with our evolving culture.

Looking at the lyrics Kanye’s penned for his “All Day” rap performance I am reading juvenile put-downs of people less fortunate than him, characterizations of women as less than human *itches, demeaning references to other people’s complexions and words about people being popped? Popped, that’s murder, isn’t it?

Perhaps it is me and the biases I’ve embraced since witnessing the pain and suffering Kanye’s best buddy and business associate Shawn JayZ Carter caused to peaceful people living a Brooklyn housing project and surrounding neighborhoods.

Shawn JayZ Carter was a poor inner city kid and victim of child abuse/neglect who developed into a emotionally damaged adult who continues to promote child abuse and exploit the victims of child abuse.

Jay “Young Jeezy” Wayne Jenkins (born September 28, 1977) is one of the damaged human beings Shawn Carter exploits for profit and fame.

Kanye was a suburban kid who grew up in a mainstream American, developing into a puppet-master who exploits kids who were victims of child abuse and developed into emotionally damaged adults.

Dwayne “Lil Wayne” Michael Carter, Jr. (Born September 27, 1982) is the perfect example of a damaged human being who Kanye West collaborates with, exploiting Dwayne for profit and fame.

Check out the lyrics to “True Story,” a rap Dwayne Carter recorded when he was still a preteen.

For the record, I was a Brooklyn cop who personally witnessed the fear, emotional and physical damage Shawn JayZ Carter raps about causing to peaceful people living the Marcy Houses or living and working in the surrounding neighborhoods.

I witnessed teen children become hooked on the Crack JayZ raps about selling to his neighbors, and subsequently harming their peaceful neighbors to acquire the funds needed to purchase the drugs JayZ proudly reveals he sold to people in his struggling community.

I find it extremely sad that Shawn JayZ Carter has become a popular celebrity when his past if filled with causing pain to thousands of poor and struggling Americans…of course, puppet and modern day slave master Kanye West is no better for aligning himself with JayZ, a self-proclaimed American Drug Dealer who would have had no problem selling his dangerous drugs to Tupac Skakur’s substance addicted mom..

Take Pride In Parenting; End Our National Epidemic of Child Abuse and Neglect; End Community Violence, Police Fear & Educator’s Frustrations

Is Jaye DeBlack incorrect about his assessment of many SINGLE MOMS and how they are emotionally harming a substantial population of our nation’s children by irresponsibly building families out of selfishness – instead of caring and love between two committed adult partners?

Victims of Child Abuse

This video depicts horrific examples of men who were victims of childhood abuse and neglect, conditioning a young teen to embrace ‘The Street’ culture Baltimore Mom of The Year failed to protect her teen son from…not to mention representing the fear peaceful people living and WORKING in the community experience knowing depressed, angry, unpredictable teens and young adults need to vent their angers and frustrations for being introduced to a life of pain and struggle by irresponsible, “living wild” single moms and/or dads.

A little girl, catching a cool breeze from an air conditioning unit in the yard, was blindsided by another child about her same age, who had evidently had some practice with fighting fierce. The small victim wasn’t alone, as there were plenty of nearby witnesses, who could have protected her but didn’t because they were too busy recording the brutal beat down and encouraging it. | Written By Amanda Shea

Depraved Indifference for Human Life?

What I see in this recorded act of criminal child abuse, is adults conditioning children to embrace the cycle of child abuse, child maltreatment and violence passed down from generation to generation by depressed Americans who are content living in the poverty they are primarily responsible for fueling when irresponsibly birthing children from selfishness, instead of the love between two committed adult partners.
