I understand dysfunctional parenting touches the lives of newborns, infants, toddlers, children and teens residing in EVERY single American community.

Though when I read stories about emotionally troubled young American children of African descent I think about one particular experience of many sad child-related experiences I regularly witnessed during the 80s-90s when I was providing police services to a Brooklyn, NY community populated by many aspiring, soon to be popular American Rap recording artists and Hip-Hop performers.

After witnessing his rise to American fame and glory, I learned one of these young rappers was a depressed, angry, neglected and unsupervised teen named Shawn Carter, today known as “Jay Z” a nationally and internationally mega-popular American recording artist who travels around our beautiful tiny blue orb informing our foreign neighbors as well as OUR nation’s children and teens that American girls and women, aka MATERNAL HALF of our population, are less than human ^itches and ^hores undeserving of basic human respect.

lafayette-gardens
Lafayette Gardens Houses, Brooklyn, NY

Mid-Sunday afternoon I’m directed to the Lafayette Gardens Houses to assist EMS with a birth. Enter a dingy apartment, observe several young women and children watching EMS tend to a woman lying on a shabby mattress laying in the middle of the apartment’s living room floor.

A man in his late 30s, apparently awakened by the noise, enters the living room rubbing sleep from his eyes, seemingly annoyed and wanting to know what all the commotion is about. When he learns he is about to become a father, he makes a remark that I cannot recall, as he heads back to bed.

However, there was a remark made by one of the women witnessing the birth of this male NEWBORN that will remain with me for my entire life, “He’s gonna be a baddd boy, I can tell by looking at him he’s gonna be baddd.”

The women witnessing this beautiful human event all laughed and chortled at the naysayer’s prediction for the newborn’s future, as if it was funny.

For me, it was one of the sadder moments I witnessed during my life and police career. I thought caring, loving, responsible family and friends would offer a newborn nothing but best wishes for a fun, SAFE, productive life. I still think that is true, yet sadly this, as well as other Brooklyn experiences I had tells me not all people celebrate or show respect for a new human life in the same way.

Witnessing the events and circumstances that surrounded this newborn baby’s entrance into our world, saddened and maddened me, knowing this child was doomed to be raised, nurtured and socialized surrounded by primary child care-givers and other adults who moments after his birth had already painted a bleak future for him. 😦

Sooner or later one realizes reporting what appears to be substandard child-rearing environments would take up much of the day and in the end the children end up where they started, back in the care of a irresponsible MATERNAL or other PRIMARY CHILD CAREGIVER failing to recognize that placing ABOVE ALL ELSE the EMOTIONAL WELL BEING of their child(ren) will most likely result with a fairly or wonderfully happy child maturing into a reasonably responsible teen and adult respecting themselves, their peaceful neighbors and the authority responsible for maintaining peace in all American neighborhoods.

Americans using the terms Gangsta Culture, Street Life, Street Hustle or Street Culture are describing what I term America’s expanding Culture of Child Abuse, Neglect & Maltreatment, aka Poverty, that for decades has deprived untold numbers of emotionally abused and neglected young developing children, as well as teens, from experiencing and enjoying a SAFE, fairly or wonderfully happy American kid childhood!

I met this newborn more than thirty-years ago. I wish I could meet him today and learn about his life experiences.

I can only hope he was smart and strong enough to resist being mentally conditioned by his caretakers, their friends and/or community to embrace “The Street Culture” NYC gang member and admitted victim of Childhood Abuse, Neglect & Maltreatment Little Carmen was forced and conditioned to embrace at a young age…through no fault of her own.

“It really got our attention,” said Harbaugh. “There’s no way to have a strong community when you have a subgroup of the community that’s not graduating from high school. That’s just not going to work.”

“Along with setting up the fund, the couple met regularly with the students and their parents, building a support network around them.”

“Counseling sessions helped the boys to set goals and deal with difficulties they encountered in life. Volunteer mentors were assigned to meet weekly with each of them during school. Field trips were planned, including many to colleges and universities.”

When I was having difficulty in school MY RESPONSIBLE PARENTS built the support network I needed to assist me.

I did not requiring MENTORING or counseling sessions to help me cope with my life because my RESPONSIBLE, loving, caring parents RECOGNIZED that placing ABOVE ALL ELSE the EMOTIONAL WELL BEING of their child(ren) will most likely result with a fairly or wonderfully happy child maturing into a reasonably responsible teen and adult respecting themselves, their peaceful neighbors and the authority responsible for maintaining peace in all American neighborhoods.

Yes, it’s a good thing that abused, neglected and maltreated American children are being offered the love, caring and respect they receive very little of in their homes.

However, programs like this, in my opinion, are an extension of demeaning welfare programs that cause many kids to become resentful in the first place.

They become resentful BECAUSE they are not being treated like most American kids. In their minds they view themselves as second class citizens requiring EXTRA care and services, unlike most American kids whose responsible, loving, caring parents who place the emotional well being of their developing newborns, infants, toddlers, children and teens ABOVE ALL ELSE!!!

Yes, I am glad to learn responsible, caring, loving Americans are taking steps to aid American kids and teens who are introduced to an abusive and tumultuous childhood fraught with pain, hardships, fear, anxiety, violence, uncertainty, demeaning government handouts, struggles and hopelessness by GROSSLY immature, selfish, apathetic primary MATERNAL CAREGIVERS.

Though I would like to know what meaningful ACTION RESPONSIBLE Americans are taking to PREVENT innocent, helpless human beings from recklessly, ignorantly or willfully being introduced to a painful childhood in the first place???

Obama Questions Why Some American Children Hate – No Answers

Does the late Tupac Shakur, a popular urban story teller, American recording artist and victim of Childhood Trauma, Abuse, Neglect & Maltreatment, offer a reasonable explanation for why some American children “hate?”

Does the late Tupac Shakur, a victim of Childhood Trauma, Abuse & Neglect, offer a reasonable explanation for why significant numbers of American children are being impeded from maturing into reasonably responsible, well-adjusted American teens and adults who become scientists, engineers, business owners, educators and leaders?

Tupac Addresses African American Child Abuse/Neglect

Sadly, beginning at birth, significant numbers of American newborns, infants, toddlers, children and teens experience OUR nation’s # ONE HEALTH DISEASE known as “Childhood Trauma”, which far too often seriously impedes their development for maturing into teens and adults who become responsible American citizens, parents and leaders.

Sadly, a significant population of American children are INTENTIONALLY, IGNORANTLY or RECKLESSLY introduced to what Childhood Trauma/Abuse/Neglect victim Tupac Shakur describes as “Thug Life”, an acronym for:

“The Hate U Give Little Infants Fvvks Everyone”. ~Tupac on T.H.U.G. L.I.F.E.

“We don’t need no more rappers, we don’t need no more basketball players, no more football players. We need more thinkers. We need more scientists. We need more managers. We need more mathematicians. We need more teachers.

“We need more people who care; you know what I’m saying? We need more women, mothers, fathers, we need more of that, we don’t need any more entertainers.“ ~Tupac Shakur

Tupac was well aware that not only are American kids being UNJUSTLY OPPRESSED and DEPRIVED from experiencing their full human potential, Tupac realized OUR NATION is being deprived of enjoying the potential achievements offered to ALL Americans by reasonably well adjusted kids maturing into responsible teens and adults who care about the future of OUR Nation.

Tupac is not alone in recognizing WHO is primarily responsible for neglecting his hungry belly, for failing to place his EMOTIONAL WELL BEING ABOVE ALL ELSE, as well as depriving his developing young mind from feeling SAFE, cared for and loved.

https://knutesniche.wordpress.com/2015/11/13/video-archive-american-men-women-sharing-thoughts-about-some-african-american-women-moms/

Heeding Tupac’s words, as well as the thoughts, concerns and/or pain shared by average Americans who felt compelled to record and share their opinions about WHO they believe is harming the image of responsible Americans of African descent, as well as harming OUR nation’s most valuable, precious and cherished assets, will NO DOUBT result with more happy children maturing into reasonably peaceful, responsible teens and adults caring about their own well being as well as the emotional and physical well being of their neighbors.

It is time to end “America’s War on Poverty,” correctly renaming our Nation’s expanding social disorder and # ONE HEALTH CRISIS known as CHILDHOOD TRAUMA, to

“America’s War on Childhood Abuse, Neglect & Maltreatment”

It is difficult for me to become upset with ANYONE passionately addressing issues regarding OUR NATION’S expanding culture of Child Abuse, Neglect and Maltreatment.

Six-Year-Old Kendrick Lamar Witnesses COMMUNITY VIOLENCE, MASS CRIMINAL CHILD ABUSE, NEGLECT & MALTREATMENT

In his 2015 Grammy award winning Rap Performance titled “I”, Kendrick Lamar writes, “I’ve been dealing with depression ever since an adolescent.”

In paragraph eight of a January 20, 2011 LAWeekly interview published online Kendrick, born in 1987, the same year songwriter Suzanne Vega wrote a song about child abuse and VICTIM DENIAL that was nominated for a Grammy award, told the interviewer:

“Lamar’s parents moved from Chicago to Compton in 1984 with all of $500 in their pockets. “My mom’s one of 13 [THIRTEEN] siblings, and they all got SIX kids, and till I was 13 everybody was in Compton,” he says.”

“I’M 6 YEARS OLD, SEEIN’ MY UNCLES PLAYING WITH SHOTGUNS, SELLIN’ DOPE IN FRONT OF THE APARTMENT”

“My moms and pops never said nothing, ’cause they were young and living wild, too. I got about 15 stories like ‘Average Joe.'”

Kendrick speaks about experiencing Childhood Trauma, witnessing MASS CRIMINAL CHILD ABUSE & MALTREATMENT, Human OPPRESSION, violent felon family & community members who intentionally & recklessly ignored the well being of their children, depriving these kids from enjoying a home environment where they feel safe, loved & cared for.

In school little Kendrick & his Elementary School classmates are being taught to be good citizens & to respect their neighbors.

While at home, UNDER DURESS OF BEING HARMED IF THEY OPEN THEIR LITTLE MOUTHS, families & communities are teaching their children anti-social ‘people and community’ harming values that often results with kids experiencing during a critical period of their childhood development a mentally debilitating condition known as Cognitive Dissonance.

In this one paragraph, it seems evident to me Kendrick identified the source of his depression, the roots of poverty, the child abuse/maltreatment that prevented him, his brothers, sisters, cousins, neighborhood friends, elementary and JHS classmates from enjoying a fairly happy safe childhood.

Seems the adults responsible for raising the children in Kendrick’s immediate and extended family placed obstacles in their children’s way, causing their kids to deal with challenges and stresses young minds are not prepared to deal with…nor should they or any other children be exposed to and have to deal with.

It seems evident to me these PARENTAL INTRODUCED obstacles and challenges cause some developing children’s minds to become tormented and go haywire, not knowing OR NOT CARING ABOUT right from wrong…because as they mature, young victims of child abuse realize their parents introduced them to a life of pain and struggle, totally unlike the mostly safe, happy life the media showed them many American kids were enjoying. RESENTMENT

I cannot speak for anyone else, but if I was raised in Kendrick’s OPPRESSIVE family and community environment I would most likely be silently peeved at my parents, particularly my mom, for being immature irresponsible “living wild” Violent Felon embracing adults who deprived me of enjoying a safe, fairly happy “Average Joe” American kid childhood.

Though like many victims of child abuse, most likely I would deny my parents harmed me, seeking to blame others for the pain my parents caused to me.

I wonder how little Kendrick and his classmates reacted when their elementary school teacher introduced the DARE presenter and they learned about the real dangers of drugs and how they harm people, including their parents? Cognitive Dissonance

During a December 30, 2015 Chron interview, Kendrick recalls being a five-year-old child witnessing gun violence and a drug related homicide right outside the home where he, his siblings and numerous cousins were UNJUSTLY & INTENTIONALLY being DENIED THEIR RIGHT to feel safe, loved and cared for.

Kendrick Lamar witnessed murder at five years old

No small wonder why Kendrick raps & speaks about childhood & adult depression, as well as experiencing suicidal thoughts.

Kendrick Lamar Talks About ‘u,’ His Depression & Suicidal Thoughts (Pt. 2) | MTV Video News April 2015

How many more generations of supposedly, caring, loving concerned Americans will KEEP THEIR MOUTHS SHUT while witnessing the VIOLENCE and other anti-social behaviors committed by depressed angry people full of resentment for being introduced to a childhood of pain & struggle by grossly immature maternal caregivers who WILLFULLY IGNORE their parental duty and responsibility to their children, as well as their moral, ethical and societal obligation & duty to their neighbors and community to place the emotional well being of their children ABOVE ALL ELSE!!

I’d like to know who is TAKING ACTION to CORRECT this HORRIFIC INJUSTICE by protecting our Nation’s most vital, valuable and precious resources from experiencing life-scarring Childhood Trauma at the hands of grossly irresponsible CRIMINAL & CRIMINALLY NEGLIGENT PARENTING???

After watching Dr. Ross’ presentation one of the questions all concerned, compassionate Americans should seriously be asking ourselves, our elected, civil, social, community and religious leaders is, “What real substantial changes in our society’s attitude and laws need to occur to prevent Child Abuse and Neglect that often causes young kids to mature into depressed, frustrated, angry, unpredictable, sometimes suicidal teens and adults as a result of experiencing the emotional and/or physical trauma of an abusive childhood?”

At 2:12:25 in this documentary about Mafia hitman and victim of Early Childhood Trauma/Abuse, Richard “The Iceman” Kuklinski, Dr. Park Dietz explains why young Richard most likely developed into a emotionally disturbed, paranoid, cruel, heartless teen and man who did not give a frig about anyone else, including his wife and kids.

Read popular American rapper Tupac Amaru Shakur (Lesane Parish Crooks; June 16, 1971 – September 13, 1996) lyrics to learn about his love-hate relationship with his mom, his great disappointment with his dad, and about Tupac’s frequent suicidal thoughts.

Read about how Tupac’s drug addicted mother accepted proceeds of the harmful anti-social acts Tupac raps/writes about committing against his peaceful neighbors. I have to tell you, reading Tupac’s lyrics brings back a lot memories of the horrific emotional child abuse I witnessed during the nearly twelve year I provided police services to Shawn Carter’s community.

Reading Shawn “Jay Z” Carter describe the pain he caused to his neighbors and community, brought back painful memories, causing me experience much of the same anxiety and pain I experienced from personally witnessing the physical and emotional pain young Shawn Carter caused to individuals as well as an entire housing complex and surrounding neighborhoods.

Americans Embracing OUR Expanding ‘Thug Culture’

me-me-damaged-values
Americans Embracing “Thug Culture” Values

Sadly, this meme describes a form of MENTAL ILLNESS suffered by a substantial number of Americans raised in a culture of African American Child Abuse & Neglect responsible for fueling the Thug Life culture that nationally popular American recording artists and victims of Childhood Trauma Kendrick Lamar and the late Tupac Shakur REPEATEDLY mention in their music, or speak about during interviews. Both recording artists recognize the UNJUST HUMAN OPPRESSION that deprived them and countless American children from experiencing a fairly or wonderfully happy American kid childhood with SAFE STREETS to travel and play on.

Beginning at a young age a significant population of American children are CONDITIONED to accept and/or embrace what the late American recording artist and Childhood Trauma victim Tupac Shakur describes as “Thug Life”, an acronym for

“The Hate U Give Little Infants Fvcks Everyone”.

“We don’t need no more rappers, we don’t need no more basketball players, no more football players. We need more thinkers. We need more scientists. We need more managers. We need more mathematicians. We need more teachers.”

“We need more people who care; you know what I’m saying? We need more women, mothers, fathers, we need more of that, we don’t need any more entertainers.“ ~Tupac Shakur

Victim of Childhood Trauma & Neglect Tupac Shakur Shares Wisdom

__
Tupac was well aware that not only are American kids being OPPRESSED and DEPRIVED from experiencing their full human potential, Tupac realized OUR NATION is being deprived of enjoying the potential achievements offered to ALL Americans by reasonably well adjusted kids maturing into responsible teens and adults who care about the future of OUR Nation.

It is time to end “America’s War on Poverty,” correctly renaming our Nation’s expanding social disorder and # ONE MENTAL HEALTH CRISIS known as CHILDHOOD TRAUMA, to

“America’s War on Childhood Abuse, Neglect & Maltreatment”

Kendrick Lamar offers evidence of the mental illness he has NEEDLESSLY suffered from for most all of his childhood, teen and adult life.

Malik & Michael Ford: 5 Fast Facts You Need to Know

red-dot

Sadly, this INTENTIONAL act of violence and UNJUST HUMAN DEPRAVITY offers more evidence of America’s expanding MENTAL HEALTH CRISIS fueled by OUR expanding sub-culture of African American Child Abuse and Neglect that nationally popular American recording artists and victims of Childhood Trauma Kendrick Lamar and the late Tupac Shakur REPEATEDLY mention in their music or speak about during interviews.

I hold ALL of AMERICAN SOCIETY responsible for this unjustifiable act of violence that NO DOUBT was committed by depressed, emotionally damaged “criminals” who as American children were HORRIBLY ABUSED, NEGLECTED and/or MALTREATED by a primary MATERNAL CAREGIVER who WILLFULLY DISREGARDED her parental responsibility and obligation to her children, as well as her moral, ethical, societal duty and responsibility to her neighbors and community to raise and nurture fairly or wonderfully happy American children maturing into reasonably happy, responsible teens and adults respecting themselves, their neighbors and the authority responsible for maintaining peace in all American neighborhoods.

I am not absolving Malik Ford and Michael Ford for the irreparable damage they’ve allegedly done to Officer Jacai Colson, his family, friends and community.

Though I am miffed that virtually NO ONE, including OUR NATION’S PREMIER PRESIDENTIAL & PARENTAL COUPLE wishes to address the dysfunctional family and community environments that are more than likely responsible for these men experiencing rage, anger, hatred and frustrations.

Not only are American kids being OPPRESSED and DEPRIVED from experiencing their full human potential, OUR NATION is being deprived of enjoying the potential achievements offered to ALL Americans by reasonably well adjusted kids maturing into responsible teens and adults who care about the future of OUR Nation.

It is time to end “America’s War on Poverty,” correctly renaming OUR Nation’s abhorrent expanding SOCIAL & MENTAL HEALTH CRISIS known as CHILDHOOD TRAUMA, to

“America’s War on Childhood Abuse and Neglect”

Who are the responsible, caring, concerned, loving Americans taking meaningful ACTION to protect from harm our Nation’s most valuable, precious and cherished assets? Where are YOU???

I’m sorry to pick on moms, though since ancient times they are the primary caregivers we look to keep us safe, cared for and loved right from our start.

Peace.

Ugly Americans? You Decide.

5yr-Old Dying Of Cancer Tells Beyonce She Admires Her for Pretending Jay-Z Isn’t Ugly

Little Miss Kaylee Brownlee is not mature enough to realize both Shawn Carter and Beyonce Knowles are American citizens profiting from embracing ugliness, hate, drug abuse, HUMAN OPPRESSION, gun violence…all while NOT SPEAKING OUT against America’s Epidemic of African American Child Abuse and Neglect that deprives untold numbers of children much like young Shawn Jay Z Carter, Kendrick Lamar, Tupac Shakur, Freddie Gray, Michael Singleton, Curtis Jackson III and countless more little kids from experiencing a fairly or wonderfully happy American kid childhood with Safe Streets to travel and play on.

I would NOT ask her…though I would like to ask Miss Kaylee Brownlee why she admires Beyonce, a recording artist who in her music characterizes our moms, sisters, grandmas, daughters, aunts and nieces as less than human ^itches and ^hores unworthy of respect?

Same for Beyonce’s hubby, another nationally and internationally popular recording artist hating and demeaning the MATERNAL HALF of our population as well as his depressed neighbors he believes are lesser people…much like his emotionally disturbed Brooklyn neighbors Shawn proudly raps about peddling life-sapping drugs to…while using his semi-automatic ‘Mack Milli’ to enforce and protect his 24/7 drug peddling operation.

Sadly, it appears through no fault of her own or anyone else’s fault, Little Miss Kaylee Brownlee will not experience a full fairly or wonderfully happy American kid childhood.

Sadly, every year untold numbers of American children are deprived of experiencing a fairly or wonderfully happy childhood because they were irresponsibly introduced to a life of pain and struggle by immature teen and adult moms who ignored their parental responsibility to their kids as well as community and Nation to raise and nurture a fairly well adjusted child maturing into a reasonably happy, responsible teen and adult who may have used his or her intellect to solve the cancerous condition responsible for depriving Miss Kaylee Brownlee from experiencing a full and happy life.

By promoting and profiting from the Gangsta or Street Culture prevalent in far too many struggling American communities and neighborhoods, Beyonce and Shawn are contributing to the HUMAN OPPRESSION of our Nation’s most valuable and precious resources..OUR CHILDREN. Children with potential to mature into scientists who could save the lives of children, teens and adults around our world stricken with medical conditions that need to be solved by well adjusted human minds and intellect.

My prayers and thoughts are with Little Miss Kaylee Brownlee, her family and friends.

At 2:12:25 in this documentary about Mafia hit-man and victim of Early Childhood Trauma/Abuse, Richard “The Iceman” Kuklinski, Dr.

Six-Year-Old Kendrick Lamar Witnesses MASS CHILD ABUSE & MALTREATMENT

Six-Year-Old Kendrick Lamar Witnesses MASS CHILD ABUSE & MALTREATMENT

“I’m 6 years old, seein’ my uncles playing with shotguns, sellin’ dope in front of the apartment.”

“My moms and pops never said nothing, ’cause they were young and living wild, too. I got about 15 stories like ‘Average Joe.'”

Kendrick speaks about experiencing Childhood Trauma, witnessing MASS CHILD ABUSE & MALTREATMENT, Human OPPRESSION, violent felon family & community members who intentionally & recklessly ignored the well being of their children, depriving these kids from enjoying a home environment where they feel safe, loved & cared for.

In school little Kendrick & his Elementary School classmates are being taught to be good citizens & to respect their neighbors.

While at home, under duress of being harmed if they open their lil mouths, families & communities are teaching their children anti-social ‘people and community’ harming values that often results with kids experiencing during a critical period of their childhood development a mentally debilitating condition known as Cognitive Dissonance.

No small wonder why Kendrick raps & speaks about childhood & adult depression, as well as experiencing suicidal thoughts.

How many more generations of supposedly, caring, loving concerned Americans will KEEP THEIR MOUTHS SHUT while witnessing the VIOLENCE and other anti-social behaviors committed by depressed angry people full of resentment for being introduced to a childhood of pain & struggle by grossly immature maternal caregivers who WILLFULLY IGNORE their parental responsibility to their children, as well as their moral, ethical and societal obligation & duty to their neighbors and community to place the emotional well being of their children ABOVE ALL ELSE!!

I’d like to know who is TAKING ACTION to protect our Nation’s most vital, valuable and precious resources from experiencing life-scarring Childhood Trauma at the hands of grossly irresponsible CRIMINAL & CRIMINALLY NEGLIGENT PARENTING???

I’m sorry to pick on moms, though since ancient times they are the primary caregivers we look to keep us safe, cared for and loved right from our start.

Peace.

red-dotSadly, I believe a seriously emotionally damaged James Michael Phillips is a victim of America’s expanding and shameful National Epidemic of Child Abuse and Neglect, aka Poverty, that for decades has deprived untold numbers of emotionally abused and neglected young developing children from experiencing and enjoying a safe, fairly happy American kid childhood.

Depraved acts of violence as well as other ‘people and community’ harming anti-social behaviors often occur when emotionally or physically abused and neglected developing young children mature into depressed, frustrated, sometimes suicidal (NY Times May 18, 2015 – Rise in Suicide by Black Children Surprises Researchers) teens or adults lacking empathy and compassion, though filled with rage and resentment for irresponsibly being introduced to a life of pain and struggle by a significant population of immature mostly single-moms who WILLFULLY IGNORE their parental responsibility and duty to their children, as well as their moral, ethical and societal obligation & duty to their neighbors and community to place the emotional well being of their children ABOVE ALL ELSE!!

How much longer will America ignore and TOLERATE OUR expanding sub-culture of grossly immature American teen girls and young women of African descent who selfishly subject our Nation’s most valuable and precious assets to Child Abuse and Neglect, aka Poverty, by building families with too many mouths to feed, clothe and supervise?

Mouths attached to children who mature into depressed, angry, unpredictable teens and adults resenting their single-mothers and/or irresponsible dads for introducing them to a life of pain and struggle, yet want to blame everyone EXCEPT their moms and/or dads for depriving them of the opportunity to experience and enjoy a fairly or wonderfully happy American kid childhood with Safe Streets to play or travel on.

Question:

If Baltimore Mom of The Year Toya Graham had built a smaller family she could more easily provide for, nurture and supervise, would her depressed young teen son and many of his depressed, angry, frustrated teen classmates be in The Street acting with DEPRAVED INDIFFERENCE toward human life by attempting to cause serious physical harm or to kill police officers attempting to protect Ms. Graham’s peaceful neighbors from emotional and physical harm often caused to innocent people by depressed, angry frustrated, sometimes suicidal teens and young men who are peeved for irresponsibly being introduced to a life of struggle and hardship?

Speaking At The Eulogy For The Honorable Reverend Clementa Pinckney, President Barack Obama said:

“Perhaps it causes us to examine what we’re doing to cause some of our children to hate.” (Applause.)

Are we going to address this tough question posed by our president?

Are we going to take real, tangible action – sincerely and honestly working toward ending America’s growing and shameful National Epidemic of Child Abuse and Neglect, aka Poverty, that for generations is responsible for populating our prisons and far too many American communities with depressed, angry American teens and adults full of rage for being irresponsibly introduced to a CHILDHOOD filled with pain and struggle?

Search: Rise in Suicide by Black Children Surprises Researchers By SABRINA TAVERNISE – MAY 18, 2015

Quoting the NYT article, “The suicide rate among black children has nearly doubled since the early 1990s, surpassing the rate for white children, a new study has found.”

The tough question ALL Americans face is, “Who is responsible for traumatizing, abusing, neglecting, maltreating children to the point where depressed young kids, we’re talking elementary school children, believe their lives are not worth living?”

Milwaukee Sheriff David Clarke has repeatedly offered sound advice to all Americans, “Fix the ghetto!”

I’m with Sheriff Clarke. I believe we also need to re-examine society’s child protection and welfare laws.

If concerned, caring Americans GENUINELY wish to reduce gun and community violence that far too often emotionally and physically harms (or worse) our peaceful neighbors, the question all concerned, compassionate Americans MUST be asking ourselves, our elected, civil, social, community and religious leaders is, “What real, substantial changes in our society’s attitude and laws need to occur to prevent abuse that often causes young kids to mature into depressed, frustrated, angry teens and adults as a result of experiencing the emotional and/or physical trauma of an abusive childhood?”

If we do not take affirmative action to protect children, “the ghetto” will continue to thrive, fueled by CRIMINALLY NEGLIGENT parenting, resulting with depressed kids maturing into depressed teens and adults who often vent their angers and frustrations on their peaceful neighbors, instead of the apathetic, uncaring person(s) responsible for introducing them to a life of hardship, pain and struggle.

America Needs To Re-Examine Child Welfare & Protection Laws

It is time to end “America’s War on Poverty,” correctly renaming our expanding, shameful and OPPRESSIVE social disorder to:

“America’s War on Childhood Abuse and Neglect”

Peace.

Kristen Wickham shared, “As the wife of a police officer, I am offended by this entire video.”

Hi, Kristen. As a Brooklyn cop during the 80s-90s who witnessed the emotional and physical pain (or worse) Mrs. Carter’s husband joyously raps about inflicting on his struggling and peaceful neighbors, I too am offended by this nationally and internationally popular couple as well as their fans who ignore why these ‘music artists’ write or share art characterizing the MATERNAL HALF of our population as less than human ^itches and ^hores unworthy of respect.

Shawn Carter raps about peddling poison drugs to his depressed neighbors regardless of his neighbor’s age, emotional or physical condition. Shawn raps about he and his crew/gang/posse using semi-automatic ‘Mack Millis’ to enforce and protect their 24/7 drug operation from rival gangs in adjoining neighborhoods…as well as to cause fear and intimidate peaceful Brooklyn residents.

I am offended that Mrs. Shawn Carter, aka Beyonce Knowles, ignores the fact her husband has never denounced his Gangsta ‘people and community’ harming lifestyle, and he continues profiting from producing art promoting the anti-social Street Culture I witnessed emotionally and physically (or worse) harm sooooo many peaceful people just wanting to feel safe in their own neighborhoods.

While I am offended that today and for more than thirty years a significant number of self-produced and signed American recording artists of African descent characterize our moms, sisters, grandmas, daughters, aunts and nieces as less than human ^itches and ^hores unworthy of respect, I am not surprised many teens and adults view females in a less than favorable manner.

I am not surprised because I spent twelve years of my life witnessing immature teen and adult moms ignoring their parental duties and obligations to their children, as well as SCOFFING AT their moral and societal responsibility to their neighbors and community to nurture fairly happy kids maturing into fairly happy, reasonably responsible teens and adults respecting themselves, their neighbors and the authority responsible for maintaining peace in our neighborhoods.

Shawn born in 1969, is an early victim of what has grown into America’s shameful National Epidemic of Childhood Abuse and Neglect.

I am offended Beyonce Knowles and millions of supposedly caring American moms are IGNORING the primary reason why our prisons and many American communities are populated by far too many angry, frustrated, unpredictable, sometimes suicidal (NY Times May 18, 2015 – Rise in Suicide by Black Children Surprises Researchers) teens and adults peeved for irresponsibly being introduced to a life of pain and hardship by mostly single moms who birthed them out of selfishness instead of a committed relationship between two responsible, loving adults partners.

I’m sorry to pick on moms, though since ancient times they are the primary caregivers we look to keep us safe, cared for and loved right from our start.

I am not sorry for criticizing Mr. and Mrs. Shawn Carter, they and their crews are partly responsible for impeding our society from progressing and evolving into a more peaceful nation where all Americans enjoy equality and respect.

Growing up I respected and admired my Motown musician friends and the peaceful, women praising, lamenting or loving music they wrote and shared.

When I hear many of today’s popular music performers, I wonder how young kids view their character, values and sanity?

Peace.

This video depicts horrific examples of men who were victims of childhood abuse and neglect, conditioning a young teen to embrace ‘The Street’ culture Baltimore Mom of The Year failed to protect her teen son from…not to mention representing the fear peaceful people living and WORKING in the community experience knowing depressed, angry, unpredictable teens and young adults need to vent their angers and frustrations for being introduced to a life of pain and struggle by irresponsible, “living wild” single moms and/or dads.

Depraved Indifference for Human Life?

What I see in this recorded act of criminal child abuse, is adults conditioning children to embrace the cycle of child abuse, child maltreatment and violence passed down from generation to generation by depressed Americans who are content living in the poverty they are primarily responsible for fueling when irresponsibly birthing children from selfishness, instead of the love between two committed adult partners.

Nationally Popular Victims of Early Childhood Abuse and Neglect

Shawn “Jay Z” Carter (born December 4, 1969) is another victim of child abuse/neglect who raps/writes about the physical harm and fear he caused to his peaceful neighbors and community.

In 1987, the same year emotionally depressed 2015 Grammy winner Kendrick Lamar was born, songwriter Suzanne Vega wrote a song about child abuse and VICTIM DENIAL that was nominated for a Grammy.

Suzanne nailed it, parents and caregivers do the most horrific things to their kids, yet many kids will defend their abusers, blaming themselves for their “blues,” bruises and injuries before admitting a parent/caretaker harmed them.

“Yes I think I’m okay I walked into the door again
Well, if you ask that’s what I’ll say

And it’s not your business anyway”

Media reports, “The show is being celebrated by Black Lives Matters and “pro-black power” voices, including Michelle Obama, who gave a pre-game interview telling Beyonce she had her full support and would even dress for the event.”

Dear Mrs. Michelle Obama, aka America’s Premier Maternal & Parental Figure.

It appears we are Americans embracing much different values as well as a differing sense of respect and concern for our neighbors.

Mrs. Obama, Beyonce married an admitted Brooklyn, NY drug peddler who raps about gun violence he embraced to enforce and protect his ‘people and community’ harming Gangsta and drug peddling lifestyle. A lifestyle that emotionally and physically harmed or took the lives of Shawn Carter’s peaceful African American neighbors.

As far as I know neither Shawn or Beyonce have ever denounced the Gangsta or Street Culture lifestyle primarily embraced by and perpetuated by emotionally abused and neglected children maturing into depressed, angry, frustrated, sometimes suicidal (NY Times May 18, 2015 – Rise in Suicide by Black Children Surprises Researchers) teens and adults much like your husband’s new friend, Childhood Trauma victim Kendrick Lamar.

In his 2015 Grammy award winning Rap Performance titled “I”, Kendrick Lamar writes, “I’ve been dealing with depression ever since an adolescent.”

In paragraph eight of a January 20, 2011 LAWeekly interview published online Kendrick, born in 1987, told the interviewer:

“Lamar’s parents moved from Chicago to Compton in 1984 with all of $500 in their pockets. “My mom’s one of 13 [THIRTEEN] siblings, and they all got SIX kids, and till I was 13 everybody was in Compton,” he says.”

“I’m 6 years old, seein’ my uncles playing with shotguns, sellin’ dope in front of the apartment.”

“My moms and pops never said nothing, ’cause they were young and living wild, too. I got about 15 stories like ‘Average Joe.'”

Mrs. Obama, Kendrick speaks about experiencing Childhood Trauma, witnessing MASS CHILD ABUSE & MALTREATMENT, violent felon family & community members who intentionally & recklessly ignored the well being of their children, depriving these kids from having a home environment where they feel safe, loved & cared for.

Mrs. Obama, in this one paragraph, it seems evident to me Kendrick identified the source of his depression, the roots of poverty, the child abuse/maltreatment that prevented him, his brothers, sisters, cousins, neighborhood friends, elementary & JHS classmates from enjoying a safe, fairly happy childhood.

No small wonder why Kendrick raps & speaks about childhood & adult depression, as well as experiencing suicidal thoughts.

Kendrick Lamar Talks About ‘u,’ His Depression & Suicidal Thoughts (Pt. 2) | MTV Video News April 2015

Mrs. Obama, the anti-social “people & community” harming violent felon lifestyle SIX-YEAR-OLD Kendrick was forced to experience is no different from the lifestyle currently embraced & being promoted for personal profit and fame by Beyonce’s husband.

Mrs. Obama, Beyonce and her husband offer American people and our foreign neighbors music performances demeaning and hating-on the MATERNAL HALF of our population, characterizing our moms, sisters, grandmas, daughters, aunts & nieces as less than human ^itches and ^hores unworthy of respect.

Mrs. Obama, with all due respect…how the heck do you reconcile promoting love & respect for a woman married to an emotionally damaged man who today continues promoting a anti-social lifestyle that for decades has caused so much emotional & physical pain (or worse) for our peaceful American neighbors of African descent?

Mrs. Obama, in her art performances Beyonce refers to females as ^itches and ^hores. Have you ever stopped to consider why for more than three decades a significant number of locally, nationally and internationally popular African American recording artists view women with contempt?

I am not referring to Beyonce because she’s just jumping on the bandwagon.

I’m talking about recording artists like Kendrick, Tupac, Dwayne Lil Wayne Carter, Curtis 50 Cent Jackson, people like Freddie Gray or Michael Singleton, all depressed angry people full of resentment for being introduced to a childhood of pain & struggle by immature moms who WILLFULLY IGNORED their parental responsibility to their children as well as their moral obligation & duty to their neighbors and community to place the emotional well being of their children ABOVE ALL ELSE!!

Mrs. Obama, I am sad you & hubby admire Americans embracing and profiting from promoting anti-social lifestyles.

Apparently we embrace different values.

Peace.

Robert K. Ross, MD, President and CEO of The California Endowment, gives a compelling overview of the role that exposure to childhood trauma plays in the lives of troubled and chronically ill Americans.
