Recognizing Preventing Child Abuse, Emotional Neglect — Two Chicago bars won’t show NFL games in support…

Let’s Talk Obama, Kendrick Lamar, Gang/Gun Violence, Childhood Trauma/Depression & Mental Health/Illness

Greetings. Currently I am focused on sharing Evidence of African American Citizens Affected By A Potentially Life-Scarring DISEASE/CONDITION Known As ‘Childhood Trauma’; As Well As Mental Debilitating Conditions ‘Post Traumatic Stress Disorder’ & ‘Cognitive Dissonance’:

Robert K. Ross, MD, President and CEO of The California Endowment, addresses inmates at Ironwood State Prison offering a compelling overview of the role that exposure to *Childhood Trauma* plays in the lives of *Emotionally Troubled* and chronically ill American teens and adults.

Sadly, repeat Obama White House guest and popular American Urban Story-Truth-Teller Kendrick Lamar is one of untold numbers of American newborns, infants, toddlers, children and teens raised, nurtured and socialized experiencing America’s Culture of African American Child Abuse, Neglect and Maltreatment that evolved from America’s long-standing, ignorant Culture of Racism!

I am referring to a Culture of Child Abuse, Emotional Neglect/Abandonment and Maltreatment responsible for popular American urban story-truth-tellers the late Tupac Shakur and White House guest Kendrick Lamar vividly describing in their art and interviews the “m.A.A.d. City” and “T.H.U.G.L.I.F.E.” Child Abuse Cultures that through no fault of their own, deprived these American men, their childhood friends, as well as many of their elementary and JHS classmates from experiencing a SAFE, fairly or wonderfully happy American kid childhood.

Sadly, the Criminal Child Abuse and Emotional Abandonment each of these men speaks about experiencing during a critical period of human/childhood development resulted with them maturing into teens and adults revealing in public they’ve been experiencing acute depression as well as Suicidal Thoughts for most of their lives.

The same Culture of African American Child Abuse, Neglect and Maltreatment responsible for significant numbers of popular American music performers and urban story-truth-tellers, for more than 30 years, creating and performing popular American art informing American society as well as our neighbors worldwide that American teen girls and women, aka the MATERNAL HALF of our population, should be viewed as less than human *itches & treated like *hores or ‘hoes’ unworthy of basic human respect.

Unfortunately, it’s plainly evident Kendrick, Tupac as well as untold numbers of American children were and are being raised and nurtured by moms experiencing some type of illness preventing and impeding them from embracing and following their innate, natural maternal instinct to protect their child or children from harm.

Perhaps I’m wrong but *something* is preventing significant numbers of American moms from embracing a mother’s natural instinct and urge to place theirs, or any child’s emotional well-being Above All Else!!!

Grammy Award winner Kendrick Lamar, an admitted victim of America’s Culture of African American Child Abuse, Neglect & Maltreatment, performs at the 2015 BET Awards

At the 2015 BET Awards, twenty-eight-year-old Obama friend Kendrick Lamar, an admitted victim of CRIMINAL Child Abuse & Maltreatment perpetrated by violent felon gang members who exposed Kendrick, his siblings & numerous cousins to gun violence, as well as other ‘people and community’ harming anti-social behaviors, performed these lyrics for a world wide audience:

”And we hate the po-po, wanna kill us dead in the street fo’ sho.”
Kendrick Lamar Performing at The 2015 BET Awards.

In his 2015 Grammy award winning Rap Performance titled “I”, Kendrick Lamar writes, ”I’ve been dealing with depression ever since an adolescent.”

In paragraph eight of a January 20, 2011 LAWeekly interview published online, Kendrick born in 1987, the same year songwriter Suzanne Vega wrote a Grammy nominated song about child abuse and VICTIM DENIAL, told the interviewer:

“Lamar’s parents moved from Chicago to Compton in 1984 with all of $500 in their pockets.”

“My mom’s one of 13 [THIRTEEN] siblings, and they all got SIX kids, and till I was 13 everybody was in Compton,” he says.”

“My moms and pops never said nothing, ’cause they were young and living wild, too. I got about 15 stories like ‘Average Joe.’”

In this interview Kendrick speaks about experiencing a potentially life-scarring mental and physical HEALTH Disease/Condition known to medical doctors and researchers as “Childhood Trauma.”

Kendrick candidly speaks about being raised and socialized in an unhealthy child-rearing environment by violent, emotionally ill/disturbed felon family & community GANG members who intentionally & recklessly ignored the emotional and physical well being of their children, UNJUSTIFIABLY DEPRIVING American kids from enjoying a home and community environment where they feel SAFE, loved & cared for.

In school little Kendrick & his Elementary School classmates are being taught to be good citizens & to respect their neighbors.

While at home, UNDER DURESS OF BEING HARMED IF THEY OPEN THEIR LITTLE MOUTHS, emotionally unhealthy families & communities are teaching their children anti-social ‘people and community’ harming values that often results with kids experiencing during a critical period of their childhood development a mentally debilitating condition known as *Cognitive Dissonance.*

Seems the adults responsible for raising the children in Kendrick’s immediate and extended family placed obstacles in their children’s way, causing their kids to deal with challenges and stresses young minds are not prepared to deal with…nor should they or any other children be exposed to and have to deal with.

It seems evident to me these PARENTAL INTRODUCED obstacles and challenges cause some developing children’s minds to become tormented and go haywire, not knowing OR NOT CARING ABOUT right from wrong. Because as they mature, young victims of child abuse realize their parents introduced them to a life of pain and struggle, totally unlike the mostly SAFE, happy life the media showed them many American kids were enjoying. *RESENTMENT*

I wonder how little Kendrick and his classmates reacted when their elementary school teacher introduced the DARE presenter and they learned about the real dangers of drugs and how they harm people, including their parents, neighbors and community? *Cognitive Dissonance*

During a December 2015 NPR interview, Kendrick recalls being a five-year-old child witnessing his “FIRST”drug related **SHOTGUN** homicide right outside the home where he, his siblings and numerous cousins, as well as neighborhood friends were UNJUSTLY OPPRESSED >>> INTENTIONALLY DENIED THEIR HUMAN RIGHT AND ABSOLUTE NEED to feel SAFE, loved and cared for during a critical period of their human/childhood development.

I’m referring to basic human rights that were denied these American kids, by their grossly irresponsible parents who ignored their parental duty/responsibility to their children, as well as their moral, ethical and societal responsibility to their neighbors, community and Nation to place the physical welfare and emotional well being of OUR NATION’S most valuable and precious assets ABOVE ALL ELSE!!!

No small wonder why Kendrick raps & speaks about childhood & adult depression, as well as experiencing suicidal thoughts.

Kendrick Lamar Talks About ‘u,’ His Depression & Suicidal Thoughts (Pt. 2) | MTV Video News April 2015

After ADMITTING his primary childhood caretakers are young “living wild” associates of Criminal Gang Members who peddled ‘people and community’ harming drugs to their depressed neighbors, (most likely regardless of their depressed, self-harming neighbor’s AGE, emotional, physical or MATERNAL condition)…

…the adult Kendrick Lamar CONTINUES HATING ON THE POLICE for trying to protect his peaceful neighbors from ‘people and community’ harming’ behaviors embraced by the EMOTIONALLY ILL/DISTURBED, SELFISH, CHILD ABUSING CRIMINALS Kendrick, his siblings and numerous cousins were raised, nurtured and socialized by.

I realize witnessing human misery, grief and violence at a young age sowed the seeds for Kendrick maturing into an emotionally scarred & troubled human being, though today he is an adult who despite experiencing depression and Suicidal Thoughts, has no legit excuse for NOT knowing the difference between right and wrong.

I have NO DOUBTS Kendrick is one of untold numbers of African American children, teens and ADULTS severely impacted by Childhood Trauma that far too often results with depressed kids maturing into depressed, angry, frustrated, sometimes suicidal (NY Times May 18, 2015 — Rise in Suicide by Black Children Surprises Researchers) teens and adults…

who at young age are CONDITIONED by their depressed, emotionally ill/disturbed parental caretakers, to BLAME EVERYONE under our sun, except mom and/or dad, for children like Kendrick experiencing an abusive, traumatic childhood fraught with depression, hardships, FEAR, anger, anxiety, uncertainty, demeaning government handouts, resentment, frustration, pain, torment, hate, disappointment and sorrow.

Emotionally ill American Mom the late Ms. Korryn Gaines Sharing Her Illness With Her Children and Police — YouTube

Sadly, I believe the Cognitive Dissonance that continues affecting Kendrick’s tormented soul, also impacts significant numbers of Americans choosing to view a depressed, self, people & community-harming man like the late Baltimore resident Freddie Gray as a probable victim of police misconduct.

When the indisputable fact is Freddie Gray, through no fault of his own, was a victim of the same Culture of Childhood Abuse and Neglect, aka Street or Gangsta Culture, that began emotionally scarring Kendrick when he was a five-year-old little boy just wanting and needing to feel SAFE, protected, loved and cared for.

During the 80s-90s I spent the first twelve years of my police career as a Brooklyn, NY cop, robbery and death investigator witnessing on a daily basis the pain experienced by peaceful Brooklyn residents emotionally and/or physically harmed (or worse) by “living wild” teens and adults raised, nurtured and socialized experiencing America’s [much-ignored] Culture of Child Abuse, Neglect & Maltreatment.

Can I be frank?

Sadly, after twelve years of regularly witnessing significant numbers of emotionally neglected/abandon/maltreated children maturing into depressed, angry, frustrated, sometimes suicidal teens and adults who presented a REAL and ALWAYS PRESENT danger to the emotional and physical well being of peaceful Brooklyn residents, as well as myself…I determined for my own peace of mind I needed to transfer to a less stressful work environment where concerns for my emotional and physical well being were significantly lower.

I was a reasonably stable, mature adult when I was introduced to the Street/Gangsta Culture Kendrick and a substantial number of mega-popular American urban story-truth-tellers speak or rap about.

When I think about the emotional roller coaster ride of anxiety, FEAR, frustrations, anger, disappointment and uncertainty I experienced during the twelve years I witnessed the challenges and realities of life experienced by my American neighbors residing in Kendrick’s ‘m.A.A.d city’,…

…and then consider how that emotional roller coaster ride impacts the psyche of children during a critical period of their childhood/human development, I cannot help thanking my lucky stars I was born to a young couple recognizing that placing ABOVE ALL ELSE the EMOTIONAL WELL BEING of their child(ren)…

…will most likely result with a fairly or wonderfully happy child maturing into a reasonably responsible teen and adult respecting themselves, their peaceful neighbors and the authority responsible for maintaining peace in all American neighborhoods.

Sadly, when Kendrick’s “m.A.A.d. City” begins affecting their minds in ways they do not like, the emotionally damaged, neglected, maltreated children and teens in Kendrick’s large family, as well as many of their neighborhood friends, elementary and JHS classmates, DO NOT have the option of requesting a transfer to get far away from the unhealthy family and/or community madness causing them to experience, anxiety & FEAR, as well as experiencing genuinely REAL concerns for their physical safety.

Fears far too many Americans and their children experience when minding their own business in their own homes.

I believe the immediate issue responsible, caring, concerned, loving Americans face is how do we RESPONSIBLY protect and PREVENT American kids like Kendrick, the numerous kids in his family, as well as his neighborhood friends from being raised to embrace and perpetuate the ‘people and community’ harming Gangsta or Street Hustle Culture prevalent in far too many struggling American communities and neighborhoods?

Kendrick speaks fondly about the late Tupac Shakur, a highly regarded urban story-truth-teller, popular American recording artist, admitted street thug, and THROUGH NO FAULT OF HIS OWN a victim of Criminal Child Abuse, Neglect & Maltreatment.

Actively promoting his T.H.U.G.L.I.F.E. CHILD ABUSE AWARENESS concept may have resulted with American urban storyteller Tupac Shakur being assassinated.

Does the late American urban story-truth-teller Tupac Shakur offer a reasonable explanation for why significant numbers of American children are being impeded, hampered or prevented from maturing into reasonably responsible, well-adjusted American teens and adults who become scientists, engineers, business owners, educators and leaders?

Does Tupac offer a reasonable explanation for why Americans of African descent are being impeded from experiencing the equality and respect all peaceful, reasonably responsible Americans are entitled to enjoy?

How many of my American neighbors are familiar with the late popular American urban story-truth-teller Tupac Shakur’s (often misinterpreted) #T_H_U_G_L_I_F_E Child Abuse, Emotional Neglect, Abandonment and Maltreatment *AWARENESS* concept:

“The Hate U Give Little Infants Fvvks EVERYONE” ~Tupac Shakur

“We need more people who care; you know what I’m saying? We need more women, mothers, fathers, we need more of that…” ~Tupac Shakur

Tupac, an admitted emotionally ill adult who loudly spoke about experiencing childhood abuse and maltreatment during a critical period of human/childhood development, intelligently recognized not only are American kids being UNJUSTLY OPPRESSED, IMPEDED and DEPRIVED from experiencing their full human potential, as well as a SAFE, fairly or wonderfully happy American kid childhood…

…Tupac realized OUR NATION is being deprived of enjoying the potential achievements offered to ALL Americans by fairly or wonderfully happy kids maturing into reasonably responsible teens and adults caring about the future of OUR Nation, and the welfare of their peaceful, as well as less fortunate neighbors.

I believe Tupac correctly recognized Americans need to change the name of our “War On Poverty”, to “America’s Firm Resolve to End Childhood Abuse, Emotional Neglect and Maltreatment.”

Unlike Mr. Barack “My Brother’s Keeper” Obama and his presidential predecessors, I am hopeful our new president Renegade Republican Donald Trump will recognize improving the Quality of Life for our American neighbors of African descent begins with addressing HEALTH issues related to proper childhood care and environments.

I believe Mr. Trump immediately should take meaningful ACTION to protect from harm our Nation’s most precious and cherished assets by placing an emphasis on EDUCATION about proper child care, as well as stepping up enforcement of Child Safety & Protection laws which will eventually lead to fewer depressed, unhappy, emotionally neglected/abandoned American kids…

…maturing into angry, frustrated teens and young adults full or half full of rage and resentment for irresponsibly being introduced to an emotionally and/or physically abusive childhood fraught with pain, struggles, torment, uncertainty, FEAR, demeaning government handouts, depression and hardships.

Sadly, before he discovered how to properly promote his #T_H_U_G_L_I_F_E Child Abuse *AWARENESS* concept, Tupac joined an increasing population of deceased Americans murdered by America’s Culture of African American Child Abuse, Neglect and Maltreatment.

During the twelve years I was a Brooklyn, NY cop, regularly witnessing significant numbers of American children and teens in young Shawn “Jay Z” Carter’s neighborhood experiencing an unjustly oppressive & traumatic childhood, I often asked myself,

“I wonder how many of my RESPONSIBLE, caring, concerned, loving American neighbors are aware a significant number of our peaceful neighbors and their children EXPERIENCE emotional trauma, FEAR, and genuine concerns for the personal SAFETY as they fall asleep at bedtime counting nearby or distant gunshots instead of sheep, Gummy Bears, or my personal fav, thatched wooden baskets filled with Newfoundland puppies?”

I am told my writings are not always sensitive. I apologize if my frustrations, pain and disappointment seep into my accounts of personally witnessing systemic and generational child abuse, as well as regularly witnessing significant numbers of developing American newborns, infants, toddlers, children, teens, THROUGH NO FAULT OF THEIR OWN, experience a potentially life-scarring medical/disease condition known as “Childhood Trauma.”

Beginning in the early 80s through 90s I was a uniformed cop, robbery and death investigator serving young Shawn and Christopher’s Brooklyn, NY neighborhoods.

Unfortunately, neglected and maltreated young American kids like Shawn, Tupac and Christopher, as well as countless young neglected and maltreated American kids growing up during America’s civil rights period of societal/human evolution, witnessed American society heap praise on a popular movie depicting real life emotionally or mentally ill, SUICIDAL, HOMICIDAL Americans engaging in VIOLENT ‘people and community harming behaviors’ that diminished the Quality of Life for their peaceful New York and American neighbors.

“The Godfather”
Front of 1110 Fulton Street, Brooklyn NY — Fulton St. is a secondary commercial thoroughfare traversing east to west through the heart of northern Brooklyn.

In the early 80s when I became a rookie uniform cop, Fulton St. between Bedford and Classon Aves., which included 1110 Fulton St, is one of the first 79th Precinct foot posts I was assigned to patrol, inspect and keep safe from hazardous conditions, for the benefit of community residents as well as people working and operating legitimate businesses in the area.

One block to the east of 1110 Fulton St. is the Franklin Ave. and Fulton St. elevated subway line which was a hub for drug sales, physical force as well as gun robbery, box-cutter purse theft, box-cutter wallet theft and other crimes or offenses that severely diminished the Quality of Life for my peaceful Brooklyn neighbors and commuters. In the 1920’s my paternal grandmother grew up on Hancock St. located one block north of Franklin Ave. and Fulton St.

One block to the west of 1110 Fulton St is Crispus Attucks Playground which at that time was a location for substance abusing, depressed self-harming Americans to congregate for the purpose of purchasing and injecting heroin. At that time and into the 90s the park’s ground was literally littered with discarded hypodermic needles, as well as “tons” of discarded crack vials Christopher “Biggie Smalls” Wallace proudly speaks about offering to his depressed neighbors, regardless of his self-harming neighbor’s AGE, emotional, physical or MATERNAL condition.

Doctors Ross and Dietz offer insights into how our Early Childhood Development plays a key role in determining the type of individual we mature into.

Robert K. Ross, MD, President and CEO of The California Endowment, addressed inmates at Ironwood State Prison offering a compelling overview of the role that exposure to *Childhood Trauma* plays in the lives of *Emotionally Troubled* and chronically ill American teens and ADULTS.

Speaking with Mafia hit-man and victim of Early Criminal Childhood Trauma/Abuse Richard “The Iceman” Kuklinski, Dr. Park Dietz explains why Richard most likely developed into a emotionally disturbed, paranoid, cruel, heartless teen and man who did not give a frig about anyone else, including his wife and kids.

Currently I am focused on assisting my responsible, caring, concerned American neighbors with SHARING credible evidence of America’s MUCH IGNORED, oppressive, potentially life scarring African American Child Care HEALTH CRISIS that I, as well as a growing number of my responsible American neighbors believe is impeding our American neighbors of African descent from experiencing the equality and respect all peaceful, reasonably responsible Americans are entitled to enjoy.
