By Justin Baragona published, “What is especially disgusting here is the notion that all poverty is centered around inner-city black men and that nobody else utilizes the social programs that Ryan demonizes.”
Frankly, what I find disappointing is responsible, caring, concerned Americans ignoring the fact that for two generations significant numbers of American teen girls and young women have been unable to embrace and follow a mom’s natural, innate maternal instinct to protect her child from harm and to place her child’s emotional well-being/development Above All Else.
Speaking At The Eulogy For The Honorable Reverend Clementa Pinckney, President Barack Obama asked, “Perhaps it causes us to examine what we’re doing to cause some of our children to hate?”
Obama Questions Why American Children Hate – No Answers
Frankly, during the twelve years I was a Bklyn, NY cop and investigator serving young Shawn Carter and Christopher Wallace’s community, I regularly witnessed a Culture of Child Abuse and EMOTIONAL MALTREATMENT responsible for both of these men maturing into depressed teens and and adults speaking about engaging in, or witnessing others engage in homicidal and suicidal behaviors.
I witnessed significant numbers of emotionally ill young, SINGLE moms irresponsibly introducing newborns, infants, toddlers, children and teens to a #FATHERLESS childhood fraught with pain, struggles, torment, uncertainty, FEAR, demeaning government handouts, depression and hardships.
I witnessed young kids, through no fault of their own, experiencing a potentially life-scarring abusive, neglectful childhood resulting with significant numbers of American urban story and truth-tellers for more than thirty years, creating American music artistry characterizing American teen girls and women, aka the MATERNAL HALF of our population, as less than human *itches and hoes unworthy of basic human respect.
I witnessed emotionally ill moms passing their illness onto their children…seemingly unable to embrace OR ignoring their maternal, as well as societal duty and responsibility to place the emotionally well being of their child or children ABOVE ALL ELSE!
I witnessed a significant population of irresponsible, immature or emotionally ill young moms engaging in abusive behaviors responsible for inspiring the late popular American urban story and truth-teller Tupac Shakur’s (often misinterpreted) #T_H_U_G_L_I_F_E Child Abuse, Emotional Neglect, Abandonment and Maltreatment AWARENESS concept:
“The Hate U Give Little Infants Fvvks Everyone” ~Tupac Shakur
“We need more people who care; you know what I’m saying? We need more women, mothers, fathers, we need more of that…” ~Tupac Shakur
Being completely frank, many kids hate because they are raised in fatherless families by moms lacking the skills to properly raise, nurture and socialize developing human beings during a critical period of human/childhood development.
I grew up during a period of human history when Americans finally began shedding the human ignorance responsible for unjustly oppressing and traumatizing multiple generations of peaceful human beings. A period of human history when virtually all American musicians of African descent were showing off their skills, talent and generosity by composing and sharing beautiful, timeless, original American art all Americans can and should be proud of. I’m talking about peaceful, loving American musicians composing art admiring, praising, adulating, wooing, lamenting, loving and respecting American women and girls.
Sadly, in the 80s significant numbers of popular American music performers of African descent, including repeat White House guest Shawn Jay Z Carter, born 1969, or the late Tupac Shakur, born 1971, began creating American art characterizing American teen girls and women as less than human *itches and *hores of ‘hoes’ undeserving of basic human respect.
I understand dysfunctional parenting touches the lives of kids residing in EVERY single American community.
However, I cannot ignore the fact that for more than thirty years significant numbers of popular American urban story and truth-tellers tellers raised, nurtured, socialized and supervised by African American teen girls and women have been demeaning and hating-on African American females.
Something is DEFINITELY AMISS when from coast to coast American music performers and urban truth-tellers are regularly creating American music artistry characterizing American moms, sisters, grandmas, daughters, aunts and nieces as less than human ^itches and/or ^hores unworthy of respect.
I could understand a few American music performers hating-on females.
Though when large numbers of musically inclined Americans of African descent are disparaging and hating-on females…evidently there is a problem!
Listen to a generation’s music if you want to learn about their joys, pain, struggles and sorrow.
Doctors Ross and Dietz offer insights into how our Early Childhood Development plays a key role in determining the type of individual we mature into.
Robert K. Ross, MD, President and CEO of The California Endowment, addressed inmates at Ironwood State Prison offering a compelling overview of the role that exposure to Childhood Trauma plays in the lives of Emotionally Troubled and chronically ill American teens and adults.
Speaking with Mafia hit-man and victim of Early Criminal Childhood Trauma/Abuse Richard “The Iceman” Kuklinski, Dr. Park Dietz explains why Richard most likely developed into a emotionally disturbed, paranoid, cruel, heartless teen and man who did not give a frig about anyone else, including his wife and kids.
