Certainly each of us is responsible for our actions, though I cannot help thinking Donta Betts, 20, much like the late FREDDIE GRAY was raised, abused, neglected & emotionally damaged during a critical period of his childhood development by the same Culture of Child Abuse, Neglect & Maltreatment, that THROUGH NO FAULT OF HIS OWN, is responsible for the late Tupac Shakur, a popular urban storyteller, American recording artist, admitted street thug, as well as victim of Childhood Trauma, Abuse, Neglect & Maltreatment, causing emotional and/or physical pain and trauma to the peaceful American people he raps/speaks about victimizing.
