No doubt Tupac recognized it is time to end “America’s War on Poverty,” correctly renaming our Nation’s expanding social disorder and # ONE HEALTH CRISIS known as CHILDHOOD TRAUMA, to
“America’s War on Childhood Abuse, Neglect & Maltreatment”
